About the Event
We aim to provide community access to products made and/or repurposed by young makers. We strive to include makers from culturally and economically diverse populations to encourage their growth as entrepreneurs. By sharing our space, audience, and expertise, we hope to foster future creatives and improve financial literacy among young makers. We invite the public to support the next generation of young makers and celebrate the leaders and free-thinkers of tomorrow.
Young Makers Mart FAQs
The event will be held inside our creative reuse center.
Makers ages 11 to 18 can apply to participate; 15 makers will be selected
All products must be handmade; special preference will be given to applicants who use reused, repurposed materials. No food items.
RG will provide one table and two chairs for the Maker Mart per participant

YMM Vendor Application Fee
If you are an artist, creative, or maker between the ages of 11 and 18 and interested in promoting and marketing your handmade items, apply for Reconsidered Goods' first-ever Youth Maker Market (YMM). YMM is an opportunity to build your business, showcase your work, and attract new customers. Selected makers will participate in two pop-up maker markets to sell their products within our store.
