Maker’s Space: An Experiment in Words and Movement

A playful exploration of the creative process and personal history through words and movement. How can poetry connect to dance? How can dance turn into a collaborative poem? Using existing poems and dances as a starting point, we will experiment with how we can re-use and recycle creative material to create new artistic expressions. No prior dance or poetry experience necessary, just a willingness to explore and create together! Comfortable clothes you can move in are recommended.  Ages: 18+
