About the Event
June 16-20: Trashin’ Fashion (Ages 10-12) Accessorize with upcycled flair with Trashin’ Fashion! Campers will learn essential sewing skills while creating stylish accessories and unique clothing from recycled materials. From hand-sewn pincushions to custom flip-flops and scrunchies, each project emphasizes creativity and sustainability. The week culminates in a fabulous fashion show, celebrating the campers’ amazing creations and their commitment to eco-friendly fashion! No sewing experience is required!

Dates & Time: Monday, June 16, 2025 - Friday, June 20, 2025; 9 am-4 pm.
*Note: This week, summer camp days are extended by one hour, as there will be no camp on Thursday, June 19, in celebration of Juneteenth.
What to bring: What should my student bring to camp? Here is a short list of what we encourage our campers to bring each day:
Labeled reusable water bottle
Lunch (Campers will have access to a microwave and refrigerator)
Campers will have access to their own locker each day to store their personal belongings. A snack will be provided daily.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up: Campers can be dropped off as early as 8:55 a.m. and must be picked up promptly at 3:00 p.m. They must be signed in and out daily. If, for any reason, you are running late, please notify me by calling the store at (336)763-5041.
Sadly, no transportation will be offered.
