About the Event
*Machine sewing experience is REQUIRED for this intermediate level sewing class*
Ready to take your sewing skills to the next level? Join our garment construction workshop! In this intermediate-level sewing course, professional fashion designer Abigail Klenda will guide you step-by-step through the process of constructing your own comfy PJ pants/boxer-style shorts!
You’ll learn core garment construction techniques—from working with a simple pattern and cutting fabric, to refining machine skills and assembling a polished final piece. This class focuses on strengthening foundational skills while creating a practical, wearable garment. By the end, you’ll leave with greater confidence in your sewing abilities and a cozy handmade piece of clothing!
All materials and sewing machines will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own machine to use, if you prefer.
